  Nigel Timmis: Recent ver lost ability to shedule departures for iPace battery precondtioning. Acknowldged by Jaguar who have promised a further modernize. Does connect with vehicle much more quickly.

  Craig Robinson: Lost the ability to download journeys and also lost the ability to pre-condition the vehicles temperature on set days and times. Hopefully this will be looked into? That being said, the interface is much improved so it's nice to see Jaguar making an effort to hold things updated. I just hope they manage to modernize the things they lost from the previous apk.

  Robert Clayton: Awesome when it works but using it as a remote often fails to give correct feedback on the vehicle status. It is also showing incorrect place for the vehicle and the status problems are not updating one alarms have cleared.

Was it a shady method of losing the negative feedback? Why no notification in the old apk that it had been EOLed? Awful customer service once once more from Jaguar.

  Chris Clark: Very awful. The apk looks ok and you can view all the info on your vehicle fairly reliably (although locking status is never accurate!) but as soon as you test and control anything 'remotely' as is the purpose of the apk, you can't. I've never managed to receive the apk to activate anything in my vehicle 😡

  Pablosquared: Unreliable and flaky. The remote functions, particularly remote begin, work about 1 time in 4, with no method to identify why it fails. The journeys as reported in this ver are always .1 of a mile various to the same trips reported in the previous ver, apparently because recording doesn't begin when the vehicle moves off, but 100m or so later. This is awful. On the upside it looks quite nice.

  Greg Barrett: Rubbish - in a word, I pay for bonus and none of the features work. Uninstalled and reinstalled no change, what awesome is remote begin to warm the interior if it never works. The only reason it gets two stars is the adventure log works ok and i use is for my weekly milage. I was looking at changing to an I-Pace this year but if this is the level of tech and computing i can except from JLR i don't keep out much hope for their ver of an electric vehicle.

They take my cash for 1 year renewal of incontrol protect and remote bonus and give a service that does not work most of the time. JLR improve this
