  Todd Taylor: Love the apk. However, after the recent Samsung modernize, the apk opens & stays on the logo screen without ever moving on the map feature. My notifications still work, but I really need access to the map feature. Please assist. Thanks.

  A Google user: Had problem with the login (Galaxy Note 4), but a smartphone call to EVTS corrected the trouble. Now it's working good. I originally gave the apk 2 stars, but I have upped it to 5 stars. They even corrected the alarm notification problem.

  A Google user: I have been using the EVTS service for a few years now. I defiantly have peace of mind. I am writing this review because there is a bug. After the latest modernize I had to clear the apks data and cache. This has seems to fix the login problem for me.

  Caroline Millsaps: This worked when I first got it right after purchasing my vehicle. Haven't been able to use it for months, but now that I no longer live in a gated place I need it more than ever and can't login. There's no method online to login and no method to restart your password or anything. It needs fixed ASAP.

  A Google user: My vehicle was 15 miles away and the apk told me it was in my driveway. What awesome is a safety apk that you can't believe? What's even cooler is the apk is telling me that my vehicle is speeding down Rt95 south.....even though I'm now looking at the vehicle in the driveway. ....Hooray for competence!

  A Google user: This thing won't locate my truck and it seems to be slapped together: the UI is atrocious. By the method I chose to install "Proton" because it points to Guidepoint too and the UI is more tolerable... that still won't search my car but at least it responds with an error instead of spinning forever. Awesome luck!

  A Google user: Absolutely useless to T-Mobile customers. It works on WI-FI but how useful is that if you are out. I spoke to customer service and they told me the apk won't work with T-Mobile so I could use the site. That doesn't work either: only with WI-FI. This is incompetent and unacceptable. Modernize: as of the 4/18/16 modernize it works ok with T-Mobile.

  A Google user: Most of the time mainly in the morning the apk won't let me to log in after it times out. Whenever it does, the interface is very buggy, not very well designed. Also the impact safety settings are very hard to use and the apk is the only method to change them! Even customer service can't change them! I got a call at 1am because it was set too high and I can't change it...

  A Google user: While the customer service reps are unbelievable, the apk is as useless as teets on a boar and the system itself might be only slightly more useful than that. My window was smashed in & it was my mates 8 yr old retired therapy dog that alerted me. Not the evts. YUP! An old arthritic docile therapy dog proved to be a more effective alert/deterrent than this fancy schmancy system. When I spoke to the cs rep I was told I required to go to the (nonexistant) VIP settings on the apk & increase sensitivity.
