  A Google user: This is apk is good. Not only because it is accurate, but it is simple to use and simple on the battery. To me, customer service is equally necessary as quality and these guys nail it. Any minor problems or questions have been answered promptly by a person. No automated messages here. Save yourself the aggravation because golf is hard enough. You don't need a second rate apk to screw with your head so receive it right and use this one.

  Roger Young: Good apk, generally accurate and simple to use. I like the updated GUI and it seems to have resolved a trouble I had with the GPS range freezing during a round, but sometimes can be a tiny slow to stabilize when you receive to your ball (That should also be my smartphone....). One little comment - I search the font on the drop down list for hole score to be a tiny too little (or my arms are too short) although the improved logic of offering only potential putts, based on score , etc be be a good improvement. On the customer service side, I somehow ended up with 2 player profiles. nRange Customer Service were very helpful and immediately consolidated the accounts and resolved log-in issues. Good responsiveness, good service.

  Mike Crabbe: I paid the Lifetime membership and am now on my 3rd smartphone. I've had no issues whatsoever with this apk. In fact, I've been showing all my golfing partners for the latest 3 years, talking it up & at least 3 have downloaded it. It's accurate, adaptable and has helped improve my scores (8 handicap). Best feature: the satellite photos so you can see exact distances to hazards as well as greens. As for battery life, turn everything else off. YOU'RE ON THE GOLF COURSE!!!

  A Google user: Requested a course and it was ready to use withing 24 hours. Tried fresh ver and was impressed. Apk is totally gratis for three courses without time limit. For infinite access they ask 29 bucks which is totally reasonable. Good apk! Good help!

  David Flick: I have all tried various apks. Have been using this for years. This apk and a droid turbo and it's simple 18 holes without worrying about battery life. As far as being updated. What modernize is required? I have yet to search a course not in the database. This apk doesn't crash. For all those looking for more data tracking. Log details on the card and do data entry later. Logging data during golf is horrible and slows play method down. Just add handicap so I can post scores and not use Diablo for that.

  A Google user: I've been using nRange for almost three years now. It is at least as awesome as the high priced dedicated troops. On the large screen of the Droid Charge, it is simple to pinpoint distances to any place on the course. Help is good. They're fast to answer to questions and problems you think you might have. They just added a course for me at a club that added nine holes (27) and corrected other where a hole was recently remodeled and the green moved. Tops in my ebook.

  A Google user: Good battery life use, that was my main concern. Started my round with 50% battery, ended the round with 30% battery. I didn't use the score card or statistics option. But the apk is very simple to use and navigate. I like that I can move the point to determine yardage to a particular spot. I don't play a lot of another courses so this is excellent for me.
