  Mohammed Chisti: The apk itself is good, the doctors are very knowledgeable for sure, but not personable. The UI of the apk is beautiful decent, although I do want they had more modern icons. Seems like an out-of-date apk trying to update. Haha, my 2 cents.

  A Google User: Finally you changed the waitlist notification from email to text. UNFORTUNATELY it doesn't work on androids. I receive a text of a waitlist appointment but when I sign in to see the fresh appointment it doesn't shows anywhere. I have missed 5 waitlist appts.

  Deborah Ann Hampson: This apk specifically states patients can check their try results, but only try results for the first page out of six pages are accessible, there is no option to view other page. Other useless apk claiming it is helpful, yet it is anything but useful or helpful. 18 days after my physician has viewed final labs, 3 calls to tech for assist, 4 emails and still nothing.

  Gregory Sirounian: I tried to use the apk on a fresh Android device smartphone, but I couldn't log in with my usual username and password. When I tried to retrieve my password, I would receive a notice with an incorrect username. When I tried to change my password, it said that I required to set up a safety question but wouldn't link me to anyplace where I should do so. I've been using the apk on other device for a couple of months, and now I can't. It's worthless.
