Gabriel Murray: Works well and seems to have some solid science behind it. First heard about this from the ebook Expectation Effects. My only quibble is that with the brief survey that asks you before each session how stressed you are, how much pain you're in, etc. it only allows me to choose one extreme reply or the another. If I test to choose an option in the middle, it snaps to one end or the another (on a Pixel 4a 5G).

Jennie Marshall: When I can receive in the apk I search it calming, however I've only had it for a few days and it has crashed repeatedly getting stuck on a page that asks me how I anxious I am today. To receive it to work I have to uninstall and reinstall and there I can't seem to search any assist in terms of troubleshooting what is wrong with it.

B J: Honestly apk has done nothing but cause more anxiety. It says gratis but to begin it you have to accept to a paid subscription at the end of the month. It says you can cancel before that, but there is not put to cancel within the apk. The apk shop only let's you cancel after the first bill date. Fee is little, but will for sure be fighting this one, they shouldn't be allowed to do this. Also, the "mini game" is NOT stress relieving. It's boring, just tracing a short line.

Kevin: Worked well when gratis so I decided to hold it for a one month subscription since it's low cost. When it switched to the subscription, the apk started me back in the guide and when I complete that it starts the guide over once more. The subscription doesn't let any actual play.

A. D. King: Predatory apk that forces you to sign up and confirm your email before disclosing that you can only use it if you accept to subscribe with a credit card for a gratis trial and subsequent billing. This is what's called a "dark pattern" and is unethical. EDIT: Developer's answer is disingenuous and ignores the fact that the apk harvests your data before it reveals its pricing scheme.
