  Tami Thompson: My only regret is that I didn't have my husband record my 4 year old grandson's reaction from his smartphone the first time he watched his video from Santa on my smartphone. It was PRICELESS! I can't wait to see his face when be receives his pack from Santa in the mail. If the quality & attention to detail in the letter is anything like the video he will be thrilled. The people who assist Santa place together these things have thought of everything & your kid will be able to immediately tell that this Santa is the true deal! No fake imposter Santa with a fake beard & cheesy cheap suit standing in front of a green screen here! So realistic it has to be the true Santa making true videos, calls & letters from the true North Pole!
