  Cassie Barba: Good Its .95 for the sender and you can recieve it using a debit card or checking accout. Most banks have it on there online banking if your Bank is not one of them thats why the apks here for the public. I wire transfer and a western union is alot more. Popmoney is good.

  Barbara Vaughan: It works good for me n my mom, everytime she sends me cash I receive it that same day, same for when I send cash to my mom. I'm not sure why people are saying that it don't work. Maybe because they r not using actual bank accounts. I don't think it works for a pre paid card. U have to have a bank acc with a true bank. Learn how to use it. Read the guidelines carefully. I give 5 stars.
