  Joe Wiggins: Horrible customer service. Waited forever on the smartphone to receive a rep. All I wanted was for the dopes at smart begin to place the correct smartphone number in for my monitoring court. Of course you can't do that in the apk. When I finally got a snotty lady on the smartphone she ignored my request and insisted on trying to force me to spend more cash on a camera install even though I told her the judge didn't require it. She was horribly trained and completely unhelpful. Test a competitor if you can.
