  Tyler O'Brien: Good feature! I use this for my Hall of Fame, Gravy Chorus, and the Alter Ego X4, and it's undeniably convenient. If there's a tone I wish or need for whatever the song calls for, I can just beam it through my pickups to the pedal. Do your homework on the Toneprints though!

  C. A. Hamman: Perfect troops and apk. Tc electronics have done a good job on this. I have 2 troops updating with the apk. But I should see more features being added. An editor for android device would be very welcome. And where you have no internet access would be handy to have the tool hold the favourite patches in local android device SD. So you don't have to download it once more. All awesome so far. Well done TC Electronics.

  Matty Smith: Perfect, Good apk, good technologies . TC electronic are doing good things lately. Initially, I had issues getting any Toneprints to beam to my BH250 through my Sony Xperia Z2. But through trial and error, I discovered that the ClearAudio+ function needs to be engaged in the sound effects menu of the smartphone. Otherwise nothing will happen.

  Joel Anderson: Ingenious! I think a lot of of the critical reviews here are by posters who don't understand the feature. First: you don't "erase or delete" toneprints on your pedal. When you beam a fresh toneprint to your toneprint slot it replaces the latest one. Second: a toneprint is not a preset model like on a modeling amp or processor... it is the artist's complete rendition of how the pedal could operate. So when using a toneprint you must still tweak the knobs on the pedal to adjust bass, treble, speed, etc.

  A Google User: For those of you who can't receive the apk to work... For those if you who can't receive the beam function to work, have you tried updating the apk? You need to modernize it via the in-app menu before it will work correctly. (Hit your menu button while the apk is running, and choose modernize) Large kudos to TC Electronic for creating a pedal modernize system that works on Droid and iPhone! You guys are light years ahead of Digitech's iStomp system that only works for iPhone customers. Hold up the good work!

  Gabriel Williams: Super simple, assassin sounds! I'm using this apk with the BG250-210 bass combo and it is good. Once you download the apk, just scroll through and search some sounds you wish to hear, then hit the star to favorite them. Plug in to the amp, follow the directions on the apk to beam the sounds to the amp and you're on your method. Fast and simple, and lots of good sounds.
