  Jim Vernon: Mostly garbage apk. Can't use it to pay for more than one person, which reeeaaally sucks if you have children with you. Won't allow me buy day passes due to minimum transaction amount, and it won't allow me add extra day passes to receive over the munimum transaction amount. The scanner on the busses doesn't read the code without a bunch of fidgeting around.

  Melissa Welch: My mom was trying to check her balance but couldn't remember her password but when she tried to do the forgot password, it sent her a link that was not a hyperlink she should click. When she copied and pasted in the find engine she got an invalid link notice. If your going to have technology like this for passengers. Please create sure it's inspected.

  Camilla Picollo: This apk used to work good. Today I bought a 10 trip pass and it worked when I got on the bus but when I tried to use it later it kept shutting down. I have reinstalled it three times and it's still not working. I was almost late for work trying to scrape up $2 because my transfer was inaccessible. I wish my m9ney back so I can buy a card. Disappointing.

  Michael Maxson: Unable to restart password or activate a touchpass card, this apk is useless unless you wish to use the laggy QR code function. No help smartphone numbers or links in the apk, QR Codes barely scan after 30 seconds... Please fix your apk! This is not a low priority problem! People depend on this for transportation and pay cash expecting it to work! Very sad with my experience. 2.9/5 is not a low enough average rating!

  Ayaba Cureton: Bought 40 rides n it only wants to work 1/2 the time and always shows me in a negative balance, like I'm owning after I just laid nearly $60 down! Bus driver tells me to go to customer,service but she keeps saying I'm owning cuz that's what it says and that's final! Absolutely ridiculous! She wouldn't even look or listen when I was trying to present her my receipt & rides that's supposed to be accessible regardless of the tiny -$2 for the latest ride it took off but never corrected itself!! Delete!

  This message was posted: I paid three dollars for a bus pass. It seemed likd it went tbru. My smartphone started flashing the qr code on my screen. Then, all of a sudden, it dissappeared. Next thing i know is a generic, old fashioned barcode was on my smartphone, with the word Shreveport. I assumed that barcode would scan ok. IT DID NOT. I had to walk. I should have used those three dollars to buy a burger. Instead i bought a pass that didnt work. USELESS. I paid with a VIRTUAL debit card. If i had a true debit card i would have just bought a ticket at the bus terminal.

  James Goodnature: ☆CAUTION☆ DON'T USE THIS APP!! I bought a 20 ride pass used the apk to receive me to my destination but when I tried to receive home the apk failed. I had no transfer and had to walk home in the rain. Use the card not the apk!!!!
