  David Phelps: Awesome apk and works really well. This apk use to Hog battery but thanks to push notifications it's method better. I have only 2 complaints so far. 1. Push Notifications breaks Click 2 Dial Auto reply. Once my smartphone is registered to keep push notification The auto reply feature of Click 2 Dial calls stops working. I now have to reply the smartphone before click 2 dial calls will work. 2. Where's the file sharing functionality while chatting. On the desktop ver I can easily share files. but if I wish to share a file from the smartphone I have to use a XMPP compatible apk that allows file sharing and login using a private XMPP Acc (I have a private XMPP Server running in the cloud). then send the file to that person using the format <Broadworks Player ID>@a.vonage.im I want the Mobile apk supported file sharing so I wouldn't need this workaround. Overall the apk works good for calls, chat(Not file sharing) and no longer a battery hog thanks to push notifications.

  A Google user: The apk says wrong credentials when you use it on Wi-Fi. This is consistent with our office Wireless as well as my own Verizon hotspot. Since I prefer to use Wi-Fi all day long while I'm at work this apk is basically useless.

  Jason Sgalla: I just upgraded from an iPhone to an S8+ and the android device ver of the apk is completely unreliable. I receive dropped calls and messages that state calling is unavailable despite solid Wi-Fi and mobile network connections. No issues with IOS ver in the same environment.

  Jefferson Curtis: The apk constantly closes or logs me out, so I end up missing calls. In order for it to work once more, I have to uninstall it and reinstall it, log back in, and see how long it let's me stay logged in. Really frustrating apk.

  sean pieraccini: Constant struggle with this apk. It constantly crashes, falls asleep and takes 30 mins to wake up once more. Help says its my smartphone. Hogwash, my smartphone is ok, this apk is awful. I've now resorted to uninstalling then reinstalling and now it wont agree my log in credentials which are correct as they a set standard by my company. The struggle is true.
