  Joe Slonecki: After updates it is working well and is very useful. I really wanted to use it to tag up 11x17 or bigger civil engineering plans, the zoom is not enough and the apk doesn't refresh to clear up the drawing. Also an 11 page pdf with some background photos doesn't fully load, another pdf apks load it just ok and zoom well, you just can't tag up with the s pen. Should be an good apk if it would handle actual drawings like the YouTube video.
